Tranquility is fragile

There seems to be an uncanny coincidence that whenever we find some peace and quiet, something happens to break it and we find ourselves back in the turmoil. Seeking out that place and time to finally relax and unwind might seem like a huge task, but it's actually the easy part. Having a certain level of tranquility persist is where things get difficult since the inevitable change can bring all sorts of mayhem.
