Torn apart

Certain situations force us to choose between avenues of action that have equal importance to us even for differing reasons. It is in these circumstances that we are forced to choose with the knowledge that one or more potentially positive outcomes will be left by the wayside. The decision then becomes based on the path of least damage and resistance. Despite what it may seem, indecision is not always a passive act but instead a deeply troubling conundrum when faced by two competing possibilities.
