It seems paradoxical that when we are expected to do nothing, there is a pressing urge to do just the opposite. All it takes is the willingness to get out of one’s comfort zone to get up and be oneself despite what others may anticipate or even desire from our actions and behavior. When those around you want you to just lie down, it is the time to get up and make some moves with the freedom to show our true values.
