Staying Zen

The unassuming little hedgehog is quite an example, as it is able to shield itself from the dangers of the outside world simply by its natural form. It is revered in spiritual realms for its protective ability to shield one from both spiritual and emotional harm while also maintaining internal balance. Held with respect, the hedgehog is harmless, but rubbing it up the wrong way will quickly reveal its ability to set boundaries.
