A lot of things can happen in life to agitate or frustrate, so it seems reasonable to point the finger to external factors when anger arises. It is a conditioned response to blame others when things don’t go our way, as that is much easier than looking internally at oneself. The truth is that anger has little to do with the actions of others and much more to do with our own deficiencies, so we just need to be cool with ourselves.
