Now Is Golden

There is a commonly referenced period during the last two generations that is referred to as the golden age when resources were abundant, economies were strong, and unemployment was low. It is easy to look back and assume that life was easy and enjoyable during these periods in contrast to the current state of affairs. It should not be overlooked that while things might seem suboptimal in the present, the period might equally be regarded as wonderful in the future.
