Is it me or am I just dreaming?

There is something ironic about the desire to be calculating and rational in life in order to progress productively in society. Institutional education and business operations put a lot of emphasis on the ability to think logically as a catalyst for success in an economic environment. We may be taught to base our behavior on reason, but life doesn’t work like that, so it makes much more sense to allow our dreams to guide us.
