Herd it right

Humans seem to have a preoccupation with either the desire to control others or gain their respect in a form of self-gratification. Given an opportunity to exert power, they fall in the false belief that they can persuade others to follow their lead in an authoritative role. It is a false premise that governance is effective through authority, as nature shows us that true leadership is accomplished from behind.
