Don’t grow up. It’s a scam!

The innocent freedom of a child can come into direct conflict with the expectations of older caregivers and teachers as they desire a certain kind of control over the behavior of the child. From an early age, we are taught to be responsible for our actions to fall in line with a set of commonly agreed principles that are expected by society. The problem with growing up into a predefined profile of maturity is that it strips us of our individualistic tendencies to be free and playful in our own value systems.
