It is an age-old tradition in many religions and cultures to divulge personal secrets in a desperate attempt to liberate oneself and find enlightenment. The delicate aspect of this is to whom one should spill the beans to since, despite its guise of privacy, they could be used against one’s will. Disclosure is commended when unsure about past actions, but attention should be paid to the measure and place.
