At one with nature

The age of industrialization made the critical mistake of viewing humanity as a separate entity from the natural world. The arrogant attitude of assuming that Homo sapiens are superior to other species is the cornerstone of the justification that humans have to right to exploit the planet’s natural resources. When we shift our perspective to view humanity as an equal and integrated part of nature, we become less inclined to destroy it for short-term profit.
