The Missing Peace

Society is becoming more and more divided due to addiction to social networking apps that encourage hate and anger to drive engagement and maximize screentime for profit. The propensity for users to go down rabbit holes of extreme views is a direct result of the algorithms that identify and play on the underlying fears of their users. It is time that we all take a step back and consider what is truly important for us to get on with each other in this world.
