The elusive bigfoot has captured the fascination of many for decades with claims of sightings that have been either proven or not of hoaxes. In the absence of hard evidence, it may be surprising that so many persist to seek out this legendary being. It is, however, the aspect of human nature to search harder for something that is difficult to find even when it may not exist at all.
