Programmed Obsolescence

There is this uncanny phenomenon whereby each time the warranty period expires that perfectly functioning appliance suddenly decides to stop working. Attempting to fix the broken machine renders futile as one realizes that the broken part is impossible to replace. There is a calculated reason why nothing lasts for long as it is entirely business focused to ensure that new versions can be sold in perpetuity.
