No Bullying

It has become a popular mantra to denounce those that harass others by exposing those accused to the greater public. The problem with this approach is that it is a form of harassment in itself that exacerbates the trend of establishing roles of the oppressor and the oppressed. Dealing with bullying is not about retaliating against the behavior but defusing it by ignoring it and moving on so that it has no impact.
