Everyone seems to put a lot of emphasis on positive action and efficiency for one to be worthy in a fast-paced society. "Work harder, get more done, and be smarter" are all mantras for the working population to drive economic growth and keep the wheels of the machine running. The problem with the obsession with constantly improving productivity is that it also requires an equal amount of quality downtime to sustain it.
